Hunter Hoffman is a New York City based actor, writer, musician and co-host of The Cold Read Podcast. Hunter most recently played the role of “Jason” in The Public Theater’s first Mobile Unit National Tour of Sweat touring multiple states in the Midwest. He made his Broadway debut as the understudying for the same role in the Tony nominated, Pulitzer Prize winning production of Sweat by Lynn Nottage, directed by Kate Whorisky. You also may have seen him sweating profusely in military fatigues as a member of the ensemble in The Public's 2016 Shakespeare in the Park production of Troilus and Cressida directed by Dan Sullivan. Along with acting, Hunter plays guitar and sings in front of small, intimate crowds, crooning about his feelings and failed relationships under the recording alias, The Lost Wayne. His music can be found on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Soundcloud, and Amazon Music as well as cool downs during his mother's Zumba classes taught in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Hunter is currently in post-production for "The Creeper's Curse", a comedic short he has written and set to be released Winter 2019.
